Once we’ve met and discussed your vision for the outdoor living space, we will provide you with a proposed design complete with visual renderings and a project estimate for you to review. Once all details have been approved by you, our team will roll up their sleeves and begin work on your outdoor living space.
1. Outdoor Living Space Consultation
Your ideas matter to us and we take the time to understand your needs and vision. Get in touch to book a complimentary consultation and we will discuss fence or deck project inspiration and ideas.
Once we have a clear understanding of what you’re looking for, we will provide you with a quote complete with a visual rendering of the project. This typically happens within the first 24 hours of our initial meeting.
2. Fence and Deck Material Selection
Once you’ve approved the quote and the visual renderings, we will move ahead to the next step of the process: choosing your fence or deck materials.
We do not cut corners or shop in big box stores but rather work alongside our vetted lumber suppliers to select premium materials meant to last you generations.
Together we will choose a material that will withstand climate change, will complement your outdoor living environment, and align with the agreed-upon budget.
3. The Manual Labour
When the material has been approved and it arrives on site, our skilled carpenters will begin the installation process.
Our goal is to complete the project in the least amount of time without compromising on quality and attention to detail.
4. The Final Walkthrough
Once the installation is complete, our project manager will do a final walkthrough with you on-site to ensure the building standards have been met and you feel satisfied with the work done.
In the case we miss something or you have a concern, we will return within 24 hours to repair our mistake.
Furthermore, we offer a two-year fence project warranty and a five-year deck warranty. Ultimately, nothing is more important to us than a satisfied customer.
